Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mitch sunglasses. If you are not completely satisfied, this policy explains how to return your order and obtain a refund or exchange.

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by emailing adambuisness212@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, protective cases, cloths, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at adambuisness212@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back within 14 days of notifying us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour or model, please contact us at adambuisness212@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process, subject to availability.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within (number) days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no extra charge to you. This does not affect your statutory legal rights.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once used. Sale items and gift cards (where applicable) may also be non-returnable. Any exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
