Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your Mitch order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 business hours at the latest after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery takes between 7 and 13 business days, depending on your delivery location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by the carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. (Add your free-shipping threshold here if any, e.g. "Free shipping on all orders over €__".)

4. Shipping Destinations

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available, so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
